Submission Notes

• The current results can be found the leaderboard.
• Only the most recent submission will appear on the leaderboard. If you want multiple submissions to appear on the leaderboard (e.g., results using different algorithms/parameters), please use a unique team/algorithm name for each submission.
• Estimated segmentations must be an archive of the form .zip, .tar, .tar.gz, or .tar.bz2.
• The contents of the archive should contain .nii/.nii.gz files of the form <target basename>*.nii(.gz)
• • For all Canine Leg data: DD_###*.nii(.gz)
  • For all Diencephalon data: ####_#*.nii(.gz)
  • For all CAP data: DET#######*.nii(.gz)
  • Where "#" is a number specific to a given testing image, and "*" can be anything you want.
• The results of your submission will be e-mailed to the address provided.
• For the CAP data, your results must be in the original 4-D format that was provided for the challenge. See here for additional details.
